avaya softphone windows 10 Certificate

I am test driving a windows 10 PC and when trying to run avaya softphone I get A Certificate not loaded message. The station is a SIP extension that works on Win 7 Pro Copied all settings with no joy.

Anyone have info on this?

you need to install the certificate from SM in the PC.

You can export it from SMGR and import it on your PC, or if you're lucky and lazy, you can export the certificate offered from SM in a wireshark capture and just install that.

Look up the wireshark thing. Find the TLS handshake, the packet with the cert, "export packet bytes as raw" or something, save as a .cer and you can open it.

Thanks for the reply but the issue was PBKAC ID10T I did not included the SM server address in the server list. Added and tested OK.
