Avaya Soft console 1.5.3

Hi,

I'm currently having a problem with softconsole 1.5.3 that when the receptionist is trying to access the voicemailbox followed by a #, its not recognising the # the pc just beeps. This has only started happening since the software upgrade to 1.5.3. I have made sure the don't split option is on the switch as well as the softconsole configuration, deleted it off both and re added with no difference also moved the key position, but still dosen't work. Has anybody come across this before or knows of a fix.

Hey!

this is a know fault and Avaya are working on a PCN patch for this but it probably won't come out till next version. For now I'd downgrade to 1.5 or 1.5.1

similar issue with windows XP Pro and 1.5.3 - the 10 key and enter key do not work - avaya tested this and have the same issue and response - needs to be corrected and probably slow in coming
