Avaya SMGR Events and alarm empty

I have SMGR 6.2 installed and working fine.

When I want to check the event, nothing shown and it displays "no records found".

I have one of the Session entityt link down, but nothing displayed in the event. ( see attachment)

I have checkd "SPIRIT Agent": it is up for few second and go down!!!

here some traces:

I strongly suggest you upgrade your System Manager to 6.3.x. As far as I am concerned 6.3.4 was the first viable instance of System Manager. Some may argue but at least by 6.3.4 most of the crashes, lockups, and extremely quirky corruption issues were cleared up.a

If you don't have too much in there I would suggest a clean install.
