Avaya Server Edition is not showing outgoing calls on Avaya contact recorder

Hello All,

Avaya Server Edition is not showing outgoing calls on Avaya contact recorder.

It is showing the recordings are archived because when outgoing calls are made,

the record increases but we can't get to see and play the recordings.

It is on this current firmware : IP Office 9.1 Service Pack 12- Server Edition and Applications Server.

Please any advice on how to get a solution on this?

So, you're saying that you can confirm that outbound calls are being recorded? You can watch in SSA and see when an outbound call is made that you see one active call to the outside number and another call to VRL? But you're not able to log into the Contact Recorder and listen to these recordings? Can you log into the Contact Recorder?

Please clarify.

 
We are able to login into contact recorder.

on "Total media files recorded to date" the number of recorded calls increases everytime an external call is made.

But when we want to listen to the call, we can't see the call made nor listen to it.
 
You have a User setup in Contact Recorder with Search and Reply Rights for the extensions that are being recorded?

 
Yes we do have Users setup in Contact Recorder with Search and Reply Rights for the extensions that are being recorded.
