Hello - I am running across an issue on our Avaya SBCe in which we are getting OPTIONS Message Dropped incidents on all of our Workplace clients. Everything works fine on the workplace clients (not using messaging & have it disabled in 46xxsettings file), and not getting any errors on the client application. Per looking at the actual SIP messages, it appears something is not transversing back thru the SBCe to the client - but I cannot tell what. Any suggestions? Below is the SBCe error we are constantly seeing, as well as the SIP OPTIONS message that is trying to be sent and coming back with a "Forbidden".
