Avaya phones that have full-duplex speakerphones

anyone know of any avaya phones that have full-duplex speakerphones? i know some of the 4600 series IP phones do, but does anyone know if any of the digital sets do? i cannot find anything that specifies more than a 2-way speakerphone.

I think the 24XX are full duplex.

I may be wrong about this but I believe that on the 64xx series the + that denoted if it is duplex or not.
For example 6408d is not 6408d+ is.
And yes 8410D's are full duplex, I had a ton of them a couple jobs back.

I use this website all the time as reference even if I purchase the hardware from someone else.

The speakerphones on 8410 and 8434 sets are two-way, but not full-duplex.
