Avaya Phone Manager 4.2.39 on Windows 2008 RDS

Are there any special command line switches to run Phone Manager in a Windows 2008 RDS environment. I have been told -multi or /multi switch stops the sp.lock error but it doesn't seem to work. A lot of users get the error which only stops when we reboot the server.

Phonemanager is not designed to run on a server.
Why do you want to do that?

Won't work on a Remote Desktop Server, the spserver.exe will only run once.

You could try to get an older version from release 3.x that has no spserver in it, but again it's not supported.
