This happens when the correct voice mail ports aren't assigned in the PACS. Assign them and it should stop. #505, Grp 7, Ext #, choose the extension, press 1 to assign. Which voice mail do you have? If it is the Vs Msg on the PCMCIA card, you assign Exts 78 and 79.
