Avaya partner with expandsion cabinet ,5 lines not working.?

HI! I have a site which i haven't to in years,,, with R6 ? ACS Partner ,i think it is R6 not sure,, they had Bell up grade Fiber cable to equipment room and they say the anolog liness are not working?? Before i go is it possible Bell didn't configure there lines right ? Thks

Bell or whoever the vendor will not x connect lines to phone equipment unless lease equipment from them…..they would install if order right, another fiber modem to bring out Analog lines. But normally set up phone vendor for cut over….

In Canada it is different,, they will plug the line into the KSU and there jacks or ports. I have seen it done buy them .
