Avaya partner voicemail delay

Yes! Like the Partners Big Brother the Magix/Legend which ultilizes touch-tone receivers to preform analog functions like turning on/off message waiting lights, so does the Partner ACS system. Referred to as "registers" in the Partner, if yours are non-functional, you will get delayed lights. Circuit Modules most responsible for the "registers" are the 200 Card and Voice Mail card. You will need to replace the suspect card. Be sure your AAA Back-up batteries are fresh (ACS) Good Luck!

It could also be that all vm ports are in use. The Partner system uses the last vm port to light/delete message waiting lights. If you have a 2-port voicemail and regularly have 2 calls incoming that might be in voicemail at once then the vm will have to wait to send the message waiting indicator.
