Avaya One-X Mobile through VPN - VoIP not Working

Hello ..

I'm running Avaya IP Office 500v2 10.1. I'm trying to get One-X working with VoIP. I installed the app on my android, and it works fine on the local network. When I go off-siteIf and connect my phone to the VPN, the app says "VoIP is partially connected."
