Avaya One X Attendant cannot ring in the Headset !!

Hi All,

We have issue with One X Attendant working as Softphone with Headset (Jabra Pro), incoming calls are not ringing in the Headset.

Someone has already this issue ?

See if there's a Jabra driver package or tool you can install. My Plantonics bluetooth I can answer on Equinox without anything special but One-X Communicator I need to have the thing running and tell it I'm using Avaya stuff.

You've checked the settings | General Settings and selected Audio and under the Basic Tab ensured that the Ring on Incoming Calls is checked? Have you also tried checking off the Ring Additional Device and selected the headset?
