Can anyone tell me how to get the aux reason codes to work cooperatively with CMS Supervisor? I have added the codes to the one-x agent, but when I change to a different code, i.e., lunch or break, it does not update in CMS Supervisor. It always remains at Aux Default. I am running service pack 2, version 2.5.20020.0, CM 6.0.
