Hi all,

i have an issue with the avaya one-x agent 2.5

i administered a Profile

and in this Profile i don´t want to use reasoncodes

for example the AUX-Reasoncode

but i can´t leave the field free, the client demands a number

how can i disable reasoncodes ?

We could not delete the default Reason code either and just ended up setting it to '0'
