Avaya One-X 4610 QE Firmware Upgrade

Does anyone have information or a procedure to upgrade the firmware on a 4610 One-X telephone? The system does not want to register the phone to the network.

intrigrant, I think thats what they are after when I meant V7. He said the other phones were V7 and this one was V6

Westi, this is what we were after.
•Release 4.0 GA (Firmware 7.4.2520) software application for Quick Edition telephones and G10/G11 PSTN Gateways.
We found the zip file on Avaya's site.

OK I always see it in the browser as R4.0 and that was the latest they released before they got smart and scrapped that piece of sheit. Good that you found it, the upgrade should be easy from then on.
