Avaya J179 no audio phone to phone on subscription

getting no audio on J179 sets , when calling station to station on subscription 11.1.0. place a call to another phone and no audio both ways , hang up call back and audio works both ways . everytime you get no audio its the same thing.

I'm not sure what you are referring to with "subscription".
What version of the involved products, specifically CM/ASM/SMGR? Is this SIP or H323?
