Avaya J series phone query

We got couple of phones from our site offices. These phones are J139 and J179. We are not able to login into web page due to password error. somebody has change the web access password. Can somebody help how to reset J139/J179 Web access password to its default value??

Have you read the admin manual or looked in the default 46xxsettings.txt file?

Hi Gewbster,
I have to visit to the site to get the 46xx file, they dont allow remote access. I will visit to the site soon, mean time can you poibt the prompts in 46xxsetting needs to be check for the problem???

From the key pad admin menu on the phone you can scroll down and select web server. From there you can reset the password to default.
