I had AVAYA upgrade our AVAYA VRU platform to the new IR hardware platform.
I have an interesting problem that even stumps the Avaya programmer on my account.
We lose the host connection on weekends typically on Sunday mornings. The host has confirmed that they are not cycling their connection or timing out the connection due to inactivity.
I have checked our own gateways and our equipment has no inactivity feature activated.
The AVAYA programer says the CLEO software that AVAYA uses for the host connection does not even have a timeout feature.
I'm not fimiliar with the new IR hardware platform or the CLEO software but I'm questioning whether there might be a timeout feature that the AVAYA programmer can't find on the IR.
Thanks
