We have G650's connected remotly to our Avaya S8710 servers. They are connected via an MPLS network. We see a lot of Sanity check errors on the server and along with interface errors. When we check with the carrier and out data network team, they dont see any issues..the question is : why are we seeing these Sanity check errors and where should we check to clear this issue..

Thanks

Check to ensure you have QOS setup on your network. If you don't set it up. Issues can also happen if QOS is not properly setup. QOS on network, COS on MPLS you need to ensure your traffic has priority over all other data traffic and that the hand off to MPLS and the return to your WAN/LAN is correctly setup.

Also, are the duplex settings matching. We just migrated all our voice equipment onto new cisco switches to get rid of the cajun's and an extreme switch and the ports were getting errors. Turned out the IPSI's were set to auto/half duplex and the cisco was set to 100 full. The BP telnet'd into the IPSI board to lock it at 100 full and it was clean.
