Hi All,
Have an IP Office customer with Voicemail Pro at R8.0 who has UMS Exchange (exchange 2010) set up and is having issues (9/10 times) accessing voicemails through visual voicemail. The light on the phone comes on and the message is delivered to their email inbox and they can also access voicemail through TUI (*17) but when accessing the voicemail through visual voicemail I can get into the menu-> go to new messages-> open the new messages, but when they go to play the message all they hear is a beep. Once the message is played via the email they can then go back to the "old" message in visual voicemail and they are then able to hear the actual recorded message.
Avaya is saying this is a network issue and want to charge over $300 per hour without giving me more info on where to start looking to fix the problem.
Anyone seen this or does anyone have good ideas of where to start? Anything would help... customer is frustrated (so am I)
