As far as i am concerned we have no integration. when the call covers to vmail, the IPO is not providing the mailbox info. Audix answers as if one was checking their voice mail. i have had a CM-Audix engineer look at it, we both feel it is the IPO. We sent a sysmon to Catalyst and they had me back up the software release from 7.0.29 to 7.0.27 (and now 7.0.31 is out). Catalyst wanted to pass the buck "Well you know, with R8 that won't be available".
Just looking for a Tek-Tip that will help us out
