Avaya IPO with 1120E SIP IP Phoens and dialplan

Hi

I implement Avaya IPO R 11.4 with Nortel phones : 1120e and the phones working as SIP and can receive calls and make calls, but i have some small issue :
when i dial number from the phone, always i have to press send button (i want dial directly without press send)
I create dialplan.txt and follow many topics here on how to create it and upload it to SD Primary directory, and the Nortel IP PHone 1120E read and write it but it not working. (attached is the file I created)

I had a play with some 1140e phones a while back. What version of SIP firmware did you install?. I used a TFTP server and I added in SIP1120e04.04.31.00.bin which worked fine. I don't recall it having been set for pre dial.
