Greetings,
It appears there were some changing to standard meet me conferencing in R10.1 unless i am missing something. I thought this was only for conference bridges that were to a users extension number as the bridge, but here is what is happening:
DID points to a voicemail module in VM Pro named ''Conf Bridge'' and the module has a menu with 84??? that goes to a transfer for $KEY. There are short codes in the system that match the format 84XXX. Here is one of them:
Short Code:
Code: 84021
Feature: Conference Meet me
Tel. Number: 84021
There is another short code to dial the conference module internally.
When callers dial the direct dial they get to the menu and dial the appropriate conf ID/short code. All callers who dial in are put on hold until someone internally dials the short code for the bridge and enters the conference id(short code) and that starts the conference.
They are looking to not have it go to hold music, but rather simply join the bridge as it worked before they upgraded to R10.1.
What am I missing on this one and how do i make it work to have outside callers go straight to the bridge rather than wait on hold?
