AVAYA IPO ISDN PRI Trunk Resilancy

We have AVAYA IPO Primary and Secondary Server, and 2 IPO 500v2 Expansion Modules.
If Primary Server Fails all IP Phones will register on Secondary (Configured)

I need Help to configure below scenario for ISDN PRI-

1. Expansion 1 Module will have two ISDN PRI connected, Expansion 2 Module will be standby with installed PRI
Cards.
If Expansion 1 Fails then call should route automatically to Expansion 2 (Only need to connect PRI Cable manually)

2. If Phone registered on Secondary then outgoing calls should route to active Expansion module

I have done configuration on Expansion 1 ARS but not getting an option to add alternate route for the Expansion 2 PRI.

Can anyone suggest the correct configuration.

You should connect one PRI to every expansion system and use ARS to overflow to the second expansion in case that the first is not available. No need to replug manually.
