I have a client with IPOffice 406 v2 on Rel 4.2 and 2-site SCN.
The Voicemail serve crashed and no they want to replace it with a virtual server.

According to what I have read on Avaya docs, the system requirements are IPOffice 500 v2 running release 9.x.

Anyone have any experience with virtual servers and the older IP Office software and hardware?

I've got 500v1 R5.0 with VMPro running virtual on Win2K8 R2.
Unless you mean running an Application Server, I would think 406 would accept a virtual VMPro.

Kind regards

Gunnar
