I am a little confused about how to proceed to get the licenses that I need.
I have IP500 v2 box running IP Office R9.0.1.0 BASIC. IP500 v2 has 700417389 card which I believe comes with 12x IP Endpoint licenses. I need to get Essential license for it and 4x SIP trunk licenses. Also hope to update it with the latest service pack 12 which I don't have access to, since I am not an Avaya customer and do not have the sold to number.

I guess my dilemma is whether to buy R9.0 Essential license 275631 for ~$225 and 4x SIP trunk licenses and stick with R9.0 or purchase another pre-owned IP500 v2 with R9.1 Essential installed for ~$400? If wanted to upgrade R9.0 unit to R9.1 down the road, the R9.1 upgrade license 339105, cheapest I could find is $245.

I am not sure if these are correct license part numbers. This is what I have gathered from different sources on the web.

What would you recommend? What are the benefits of going with R9.1 over R9.0? Also how does one get the sold to number to be able to download the service packs?

Thank you for your input.
