Hi everyone
I have two Avaya IP500 linked via SCN (4 channels licensed and VCM card installed both ends). I can initiate calls from site A to B and vice versa but I have one way transmission from site B to A. Transmission A to B is fine. Sites are connected over MPLS.
Have sent configs of to tech support and they confirm they are fine and say it must be a routing issue.
Question 1 : Would it help to set up static routes in each system. If so can you advise what addresses need to be put in the IP route form on each system. ie should the IP address be the address of the other system ?
Question 2 : If static routes wouldnt help how can I test the routing from site B to A is correct, ie what would cause the one way transmission.
Many thanks
