AVAYA IP4602 display goes blank

Hey Everyone

Have a user that is advising that his IP4602 display goes blank every so often, and that rebooting the phone fixes the display.

Reading on forums, it sounds like a firmware issue. Problem is I have ctried Googling IP4602 firmware download and cannot find anything,

Also I have no idea how to deploy the firmware to the phone.

Currently the phone is located at a remote site using VPN.

Any help would be much appreciated.
