Avaya IP Telephony

I need to ask some questions about IP telephony. A company wants to add IP soft and hard phones. They want to be able to have up to 10 people login remotely and launch their IP softphone. I suggested using a VPN client? Is there good documentation on what all is needed? I told them they needed to add IP licenses, up to 10 addional. They have a TN2302 and a TN799. They need to have additional RTU for IP (5 because they have 5), another C-LAN, IP hard phones, either download or order IP Soft phones. What else would we need to have them order? Is there good documentation for setting the softphones up? The users will either be on a softphone or a IP hard phone in the office.
