We are having issues with our 4625SW Avaya IP phones when in a conference call. The sound quality is poor and the speaker appears to stop working. Has anyone else experienced the same issues or been able to resolve them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hi apait, we found the same "feature" on new 4625 IP phones. We asked Avaya about this issue, but no reply. Anyway, you have a expensive phone with nice colours, who cares on sound quality Sometimes, I realy hate avaya support.
