Avaya IP Office Manager 500 outgoing line groups 1

Hello All,

I have an Avaya IP Office Manager 500 and I had 4 incoming analog trunk lines,

can you help me in setting up short codes to make outgoing calls from a certain line I want ( any outgoing line should have a dedicated short code to dial out)

This is very basic programming.

Ensure each line has a different outgoing group.

Line 1 - outgoing Id 1
Line 2 - outgoing Id 2
Line 3 - outgoing Id 3
Line 4 - outgoing Id 4

Shortcodes

1N - dial - N - line group 1
2N - dial - N - line group 2
3N - dial - N - line group 3
4N - dial - N - line group 4

but is there anything else to do with ARS Tables or just what you mentioned above?

There are numerous ways to do it, the way I put is just the simplest implementation I could think of. With what I put above if you were to dial 102071234567 then you would dial 02071234567 via line 1.
