i have updated the Avaya server edition to version 11.1.2.4.0 build 18 after update call recorded was working fine and saved to storage,
but suddenly call records are not always saved to the path /additional-hdd#1/partition1/ even I have change the path to /opt/vmpro/MM/VRL, and sometimes I see the record appear and I can play/download it but it does not always record the calls the system It works randomly.
and i have an open ticket with Avaya and still waiting for the T4 engineering for 4 weeks and there is no update.
