Avaya IP Office 4.2 (406v2)
I have a customer that is using VMpro to record his calls. When call recording is in action the user being recorded can hear a slight background hiss. When you turn call recording off the hiss disappears. Is this something they have to live with or is there a solution to reduce/remove the hiss.
