Avaya G3rV11 and Nice 8.8 beep tones

open nice administrator and goto setup audio input channel under the audio params tab you will find a checkbox for warning tones, enable this to allow both partys to hear warning beeps. If the checkbox is greyed out (probably will be) you will need to contact NICE or your supplier to get this option as an upgrade quote UPxx-B01 substitute the xx for your s/w version e.g 88,87 etc. The item is "Beep tone insertion for analog interface Loggers (per 24 inputs)"
