Ok, after reading through the previous post I just figured I'd make a quick cable for the G350/G700 console cable. Basically I simply cut the RJ-45 end off of a Cisco cable and by already knowing the PINOUT of the Avaya cable. I wanted to make it easier on techs out in the field (Cause we've all been there). Since Cisco cables are much easier to find, you can simply cut the RJ-45 off and strip back the blue shielding about 2 inches to be able to cross the wires over top each other. using the chart below line your cables up as such so that you can fit the wires into an RJ-45 in this specific order

Avaya using Cisco Cable
Cisco Cable RJ45 DB9
Brown 1 6
Green 2 3
Red 3 2
Blue 4 4
Yellow 5 5
Orange 6 1
Black 7 8
White 8 7

You will not need to do anything with the DB-9 side (Besides, its sealed anyway) I just put that on there for testing purposes.

It may not be the neatest looking able when you are finished but at least it will save you the trouble of hunting for a real Avaya cable or gathering up the parts from your local electronics store.

I hope this helps some people in a jam
