Avaya Flare experience

Flare connects but it gives an error "Unable to connect to oneX Portal Server Personal contacts , Presence and IM will be unavailable

Are you connecting via the LAN?
ASre there any firewalls blocking ports?

yes im on the LAN and there is an Exception for the ports
