it's a very convenient (and new!) piece of software that combines an ftp + tftp + http + https servers, work as a service in windows (!) and also available for linux. it has good web interface and allows one to change ip phones settings directly from this interface, propogating them into 46xxsettings.txt and 96xxsettings.txt.

very, very nice overall. score one to avaya for this.
