Avaya error 1198 ISDN req fac no subscribe Requested facility no subsc

Hello we have a Avaya DS1 G3 connected to a Dialogic D240jct
T1 we are able to make internal calls but none outside.

Avaya is giving the following error
1198 ISDN req fac no subscribe Requested facility no subscribed.
See Cause Value 50 on page 160.

It states the problem is because the trunk group is set up for Call By Call. I would suggest you change the Service Type on the Trunk Group form frm CBC to another service type. Try some of the other choices. Hit help in the service choice for what is available and then place test calls.

The problem is that the outgoing trunk group is CBC but no service or feature was specified on the outgoing route pattern to overwrite the incoming NSF. Add the correct
service or feature to the route pattern or make the outgoing trunk group a static trunk group (for example, public-network or tie) as appropriate.

Ok we are setup on the avaya side just need some help on the dialogic side

Hello we have set up the Avaya DS1 G3 and the Dialogic D/240jct card to ISDN PRI we are able to do a trace and have determined we need a setting change on the Dialogic side

Here is the error message from the trace

1607 denial event 1198: ISDN req fac no subscribe D1=0x83000a D2=0x332

Any ideas what we need to change?
