Hello,
We are using Avaya Equinox in our environment and many customers are complaining that the volume of the caller from equinox is very low.
Everything is ok in teams, skype, zoom and webex. We only use Plantronics headsets and Plantronics hub is installed on all PC's.
Every Audio mic audio setting is at 100 percent but still avaya outgoing voice is low.
Upgrading headset firmware does not help.

Have you looked at the mic gain settings in your 46xxsettings file?

Good question. I checked the aads file and there is no gain setting set int he file. Do you think that is issue? If so what setting do you recommend?

Do you have G650/Traditional cabinets. If so, modify the location-parameters and customize the loss plan. There is a "phantom" loss group 18 between cabinets so if you look at 13 to 18 in the 2 party loss table and 18 to 13, you will find one has a default built in 6db loss. Match them both at zero. Not service interrupting.

This is assuming you are anchoring the call between 2 different cabinets and not a simple direct connection from a SIP trunk/SBC and the endpoint. And yes, SIP trunk to IP Soft Client can be anchored.
