Avaya EC 500 Call Detail Recording capabilities

I have been trying to set up the best method for looking at CDR reports for calls transfered to an EC 500 extension for Dr.s who are "on-call". Can anyone suggest the best System CDR format for identifying an incoming call that has been tranferred off prem, and answered by an EC 500 extension?
