Hi, in our SLA agent console few extensions are showing as disabled however these extension are working fine. I tried to discover the individual extension but gets an error that disabled extension cannot be discover, i also tried enabling the set but no result.
 
can you work it on other phones in that subnet to prove the 46xx file is picked up enabling SLAMON on the set and that the firewall is passing traffic on that port for other phones?
