Avaya Communication Manager question

Hi all!
In many docs on Avaya Support site term Avaya Communication Manager is very important. They say that new feature is added from ACM 1.3, and so on, or another example is - "You can implement this and that if your system is running ACM 1.3". My question is - Where I can check what ACM my system is running? I have Releases or Versions, but any idea where I can find ACM issue?

ACM = Your software load.

In other words ACM is the name of the platform your version is the release currently loaded.

For example ACM 1.3 might look like this

R011r.03.0.526.5

 
What ACM is R009i.05.1.122.4?
I mean, I don't understand quite well your explanation ("...In other words ACM is the name of the platform your version is the release currently loaded...")

You ar not ACM. 9.5 is Multivantage.

In other words your switch is not yet updated to the ACM platform. It is an older release called Multivantage you are rev 9.5
 
I don't mean to correct anyone, but 9.5 isn't MultiVantage. It's just Definity 9.5 as well as Definity r10. The word Multivantage started to be used with release 11 or MV1.1. Late last year it went to MV1.3. And now this year its all going to be called CM2.0 (CM stands for Communication Manager).
I'll let you in on a little secret. Avaya wants to become nothing more than a software company. You, the customer, buys a server with the right specs. You buy a Communication Manager software suite and a specific features license for your company. You load the Linux based CM CD onto your server, put the license in through a web interface and you're up and running. You buy whatever terminals you want, hopefully IP Softphones and IP Agents. You own the software and Avaya owns the license. Everyone is happy, except the guy that wants an old 2500 rotary dial desk set.
