Avaya Communication Manager Messaging no "Switch-Link Administration Button"

Hi Everyone!

It's my first time to install an Avaya CMM and my problem is: when I started to integrate the CMM to the S8800 server, the "Switch-Link Administration Button" was not present. But the license is not yet loaded because we are still waiting for the license from Avaya. Is this normal because there is still no license? Is the license also required to setup CDR?

Please help.
