Avaya CMM mwi Message cannot be retrieved.

Hi Dears,

i have Acaya CMM 7.1 connected Via SIP trunk to CM 7.1.
i am calling Extn-1000 from Extn-1002. from Extn-1002 i can hear it is asking to leave the message after the beep and leave the message. but i am tring to play that message from Extn-100 it says welcome to audix, enter extn and press#. i cannot hear any message.
also please note that before i leave the voicemail the message indication lamp is automatically getting ON. even after clearing the Messages afte 1 minutr the message lamp is getting ON.

can anybody please help me..
