Avaya CM Vetor Queueing questions

Hi all,

Quick question.

In a vector I queue a call to Skill 58. Then after a certain wait time I want to consider skills 37,42, and also 58 and queue to best. If 37 (or 42) is in a better spot to take the call will it dequeue from 58 when it queues to 37 ? or will it be queued to both? I ask bc I would prefer only one skill to have the call queued to it.

Hi, Avaya queues calls to both skills if you have it in one vector step by step. If you prefer to have call only on 1 queue, then you must "route to" diffrent VDN/Vector, then it leaves the actual queue.
