Avaya CM 3.0 COR Timer?

Hi All,

i have 5 analog and digital phones under cor 20 with Outgoing Trunk Disconnect Timer (minutes):2 activated but the timer will not cut if these telephones tried to call outside.

my trunk is ISDN 30 channel
