We have a client running an IP406V2 6.1. We recently added Avaya CCR. We are trying to display the following on the two PC wall boards...
Total number of outgoing calls for every agent (40-50)
Total talk time for all agents.
I know Avaya CCR is primarily used for incoming reporting/stats, but it does allow me to show the top ten outgoing calls and top ten total talk time. Is there anything I can do to display the two statistics that I am looking for? Any help would be very much appreciated, and I have no problem paying for this support.
