Does anyone have any experience with routing emails within CCE via the email subject heading? As far as I can work out I can only route emails by creating seperate POP3 accounts on the exchange server.
It would be great if I could use one POP3 account and route emails via the subject heading so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
