Avaya Aura Messaging new site 1

Hi all,

I have added a new site to my Aura Messaging 6.x System. This seems to be the same as the others. Now when I want to acces the Mailbox from the new station I Need to add the user ID. # is not accepted. Also when trying to leave a message, the system asks again for the user ID where to leave the massage. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Check the private table in CM? Sounds like you're either not sending the diversion header, or your site config is expecting leading digits or something and not matching on what you're sending.
