IN CCMA > Configuration for the site, Edit Server and overtype the sysadmin password to the correct password from the old server (nortel for example)
Refresh server
Check if agents/Supervisors etc. are now visible, if not you need to reboot at this stage (RTD's may also have failed at this stage)
If this still has not resolved the problem, DELETE the site and create it again from scratch...
